Please note: This role will require someone to pass SC security clearance. This role will be based on site 3 days per week.
You’ll be responsible for:
1. Ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations.
2. Promoting inclusive culture and wellbeing.
3. Providing strategic direction for key assignments.
4. Strengthening planning performance across projects and tenders.
5. Supporting negotiations, due diligence and sustainable strategy.
6. Building collaborative client and stakeholder relationships.
You’ll need to have:
7. Professional membership or equivalent development (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE or similar).
8. Extensive experience planning complex projects and programmes.
9. Strong property or infrastructure project management with commercial and financial acumen.
10. Proven leadership of large teams, senior stakeholder management, and sustainability awareness.
