Your responsibilities will include:
1. Participating in the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme using an outcome approach to support vulnerable families.
2. Supporting emotional and behavioral wellbeing, and delivering family drop-in sessions.
3. Partnering with children and families to identify health needs early.
4. Collaborating with Early Years Services in the community.
5. Supporting infant feeding and parent-infant relationships in line with the Baby Friendly Initiative Standards.
6. Supervising CFWP by providing support and guidance.
You will also have access to regular supervision, clinical, safeguarding, and management sessions to ensure you feel supported, can share experiences, and develop your skills and knowledge.
