This is an incredible opportunity for an Account Director or Senior Account Manager looking for a step up who is energised by a dynamic, globally connected role. Based in London, you will embrace truly global sponsorships, travelling internationally on a regular basis – spending time on the ground with the client’s sponsorship activation team, keeping you connected to both the client and the agency. This is a fixed contract until April 2026 with the possibility to extend.

In this role, you will be fully integrated within the client’s sports sponsorship creative and activation team, collaborating closely across a global portfolio including Motorsports, Football, Golf, and Cricket.

As our client continues to redefine sponsorship creative and activation in their business, we are seeking a someone that can work independently and within teams to drive brand and business objectives. The right candidate will ideally have experience of working with multinational brands and rights holders, delivering standout sponsorship campaigns and creative activations.

Your focus will be on managing innovative sponsorship activations across an incredible portfolio. Building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders at all levels - both inside and outside the organisation will be play a big part of this role, as you collaborate with client teams, rights holders, and agency partners to bring fresh ideas to life and deliver measurable impact.

A keen eye for detail, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for the process, is essential to success in this fast-paced environment. With your strong communication skills, you’ll deliver impactful briefs, persuasive presentations and articulate post campaign reports. Proficiency with the Adobe design would also be beneficial.

This position is designed for someone with a true passion for sponsorships and creative activation, adept at navigating complex stakeholder environments, and capable of managing several high-profile projects simultaneously.

We’re after someone who:

* Has 5+ years experience within an agency, rightsholder or brand environment working across sponsorships and delivering integrated campaigns and activations.
* Experience of growing positive and effective relationships with client stakeholders and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with staff, other internal stakeholders, vendors and partners.
* Exceptional attention to detail, alongside organisational, time and project management skills.
* Exemplary verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate clearly and offer a strong, collaborative and constructive presence and personality in meetings – communicating with conviction, enthusiasm and confidence.
* Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Capability and comfort in overseeing large budgets, showing excellence in financial management.
* Capacity to quickly become knowledgeable on our clients’ industry, brand and product offerings.

What you’ll do:

* Develop innovative and creative activations across a global sponsorship portfolio, ensuring each campaign sets new standards for excellence and impact.
* Collaborate with the client’s internal departments to establish clear objectives, processes, and bring teams together around sponsorship activations and goals.
* Engage directly with rights holders and agency partners to deliver best-in-class activations.
* Champion effective communication - developing briefs and sharing project updates and results across all levels of the client’s business.
* Apply knowledge of sponsorship activation, bringing fresh ideas and best practices to projects and adapting to new challenges across diverse sports and markets.
