RoleSummary:
As the Global Brand ExperienceDesign Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing the brandvision to life through innovative design solutions. Acting as theliaison between marketing strategy and design execution, you'llensure that every creative output reflects their brand ethos anddrives businessobjectives.
Responsibilitiesand Tasks:
Design Strategy: Collaborate closelywith the Global Head of BXD to develop actionable design strategiesaligned with the brand vision.
TeamLeadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the inhousedesign team to deliver exceptional results on allprojects.
ProjectManagement: Oversee the timely delivery of designprojects, ensuring they meet aesthetic and business goals (fromsmall retouches to range redesigns)
DesignExcellence: Advocate for design best practices andoperational efficiencies to maximise creative output.
Collaboration: Work collaborativelywith external suppliers and cross-functional teams to providedesign support and insights.
FeedbackMechanism: Provide constructive feedback to foster aculture of continuous improvement within the designteam.
Stay Updated: Keepabreast of the latest design trends and technologies, sharinginsights with the team.
StakeholderManagement: Engage with internal stakeholders toensure clear communication and understanding of designobjectives.
ExperienceandCompetencies:
* 8+years of design experience, including a minimum of 3 years in asenior or leadership role within a corporate design setting orrespected designagency.
* Packaging designexperience is essential, along with a portfolio showcasingthis.
* Experience with globalbrands, demonstrating the ability to adapt designs for diversemarkets and audiences.
* Preference for agency orrenowned brand experience, showcasing versatility in designapproach and client management.
* Strongleadership skills, with a proven track record of motivating andguiding design teams.
* Outstanding communicationskills, capable of effectively presenting ideas and designs tovarious stakeholders.
* Proficiency in the latestdesign tools, software, andmethodologies.
You musthave an impressive portfolio reflecting deep design knowledge,creativity, and attention to detail.
