Salary:
£35,000
Location (Birkenhead)
Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office
The skills, qualities and experience that we’re looking for includes:
* Confident, ambitious and sharp AM from a B2B agency background or a BTL/ TTL agency, rather than from a purely digital agency.
* Ideally with previous automotive/ OEM sector experience, (or at least a strong interest in it).
* A proud event owner who can own end-to-end event management, managing budgets, client experience, and creating world class connection.
* Experienced at delivering projects across digital, motion and print.
* Accomplished at working at pace and dealing with multiple projects and stakeholders.
* Experienced at developing creative campaigns (writing briefs, reviewing work, presenting to clients etc).
* Solid team player and strong communicator, with exceptional organisational skills and a real attention to detail.
* A positive can-do attitude with a client first approach.
* Strong appetite to drive growth within the agency.
We are also looking for people with strong AR/VR experience! This isn't expected for this specific role but if you do have the experience, it would be a great advantage.
