What Youll Be Doing

At Lifeways Weston-Super-Mare, youll be joining a vibrant team supporting five incredible individuals with complex health needs. All use wheelchairs, and two require hoisting for transfers. Youll be helping with:
* Full personal care and pad changes
* Medication support and health monitoring
* Assistance with eating and drinking
* Accessing the communitywhether its a trip to the shops, a walk in the park, or a swim at the local pool
* Finding new activities and opportunities to enrich lives
