What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Perform a range of warehouse tasks including picking, loading/unloading vehicles, and operating FLT and pallet trucks using RF systems, while adhering to safe manual handling practices
* Complete all required documentation accurately and on time, such as returns manifests and daily driver records
* Ensure operational standards and customer service requirements are met by achieving site KPIs and maintaining high quality performance in all activities
* Carry out housekeeping where required upholding site standards while following Health & Safety guidelines
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous experience operating Counterbalance is essential
* Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills while working as part of a team
* A strong focus on safety and reliability, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands and shift patterns
* Experience operating MHE or holding valid certificate of competence would be an advantage, but not essential
