About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us at a pivotal growth stage.
This is a 360 recruitment role with a strong focus on both client business development and candidate delivery. We're particularly interested in speaking with individuals who have a proven track record in business development and client acquisition. You’ll have immediate vacancies to deliver on, whilst also driving new business growth and shaping how Technify scales.
As a Senior Consultant at Technify Talent, you’ll work closely with our clients in the tech and engineering space to deeply understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored, high-impact talent solutions. You’ll also take a proactive approach to identify new business prospects and nurture relationships to support continued growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and nurturing strong, long lasting relationships with existing and potential tech clients.
* Proactively driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base with a laser-focused vision on business growth.
* Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job adverts, and your network, ensuring alignment with client needs.
* Managing the recruitment process from initial job briefing meetings to candidate interviews, offer management, and post placement follow ups.
* Delivering bespoke talent solutions to meet client hiring objectives, with a particular focus on building high performing teams.
* Maintaining clear communication and strong relationships with both candidates and clients throughout the process.
* Representing Technify Talent with professionalism, energy, and passion - making every interaction count.

What We Need from You
* Proven experience in 360 recruitment or business development, preferably within the tech or Engineering sector.
* A strong client network and confidence in winning new business.
* Outstanding relationship builder with the ability to understand clients’ technical requirements and company culture, allowing you to craft compelling stories that capture candidates’ attention and spark their interest.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively.
* Proactive and results driven mindset – motivated by growth, not just targets.
* Ability to work evenings and weekends when required to meet urgent client needs.
* Excellent time management and administration skills
* Meticulous attention to detail with a pride in delivering excellence – consistently ensuring every interaction, document, and placement reflects the highest professional standards.
