What We’re Looking For
* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with valid NMC registration.
* Completion of preceptorship (essential).
* Strong communication, empathy, and clinical decision-making skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
* Genuine passion for supporting young people’s mental health recovery.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care to young service users.
