Interaction Recruitment is seeking a TEMP Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a team based in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and committed to maintaining clean, tidy, and well-presented outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Grass cutting
2. Hedge trimming
3. Flower bed edging
4. De-weeding
5. Litter picking
6. Bin emptying
7. Road sweeping
8. General grounds maintenance duties
9. Manual labour as required
Role Details:
10. Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 Pm Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:15 PM
11. Pay: £13.90 per hour
12. Duration: Temporary – immediate start, initially a few weeks, with potential for extension
Requirements:
13. Full UK manual driving licence – essential
14. Previous grounds maintenance or outdoor maintenance experience – essential
15. Able to travel to the site each day for a 7:00 AM start
