We’re looking for a proactive Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced food production environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping equipment running smoothly, reducing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement across the site. What You’ll Do: * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of production machinery (including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and motor-driven systems). * Complete scheduled engineering tasks on time and to a high standard. * Work with production teams to maintain equipment performance and meet daily output targets. * Ensure high-quality maintenance and repair practices are followed. * Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities. * Monitor and manage spare parts availability for planned work. * Support cost-saving and efficiency improvement projects. * Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment. * Maintain compliance with all site safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards. * Follow “Clean As You Go” practices at all times.
