The Vacancy We are seeking a proactive and experienced Repairs Supervisor to lead our responsive maintenance operations across social housing properties in Croydon. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in day-to-day repairs, voids, and planned maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of operatives delivering responsive repairs and void refurbishments. Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Liaise with tenants, housing officers, and contractors to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction. Support scheduling, resource planning, and reporting. ✅ Requirements: SSSTS qualification (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – essential. Experience in social housing repairs, including day-to-day maintenance and voids. Strong knowledge of trades including kitchens, bathrooms, electrics, and general building works.
