An insight to our Team

You will undertake the administration for our Client's Car Scheme and processing vehicles for employees. Support employees through telephone and email communication, work with other suppliers to manage the supply of cars and assist the Client in providing reporting and information regarding the progress of the Clients Car Scheme.

Essential & desirable skills:

* An excellent telephone manner.
* Be able to work as part of a busy team.
* Be able to provide quality customer care to a variety of individuals.
* Be reliable and proactive.
* Be able to use initiative.
* Be willing to learn and willing to ask questions.
* Be methodical and conscientious.
* Be able to multi-task
* Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level (essential)
* A-Levels, NVQ Business Admin, I.T or Customer Service (preferred)
* Some office experience (desirable)
* Be competent with Microsoft Office suite (specifically word and excel)
