Business Development Manager
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Working Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm)
Annual Leave: 25 days (inclusive of leave to cover the Christmas period details to be confirmed)
Location: UK-wide coverage (remote/hybrid options available)
TSR Legal are working with a forward-thinking legal services provider, who are now seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead on UK-wide sales strategy and growth initiatives. The successful candidate will report directly to the board and play a pivotal role in the organisations strategic expansion. This is a permanent role with competitive base salary, uncapped commission potential, and opportunities for national impact.
Key Responsibilities
The appointed Business Development Manager will provide services in alignment with the organisations strategic growth objectives, including but not limited to:
1. Gaining an in-depth understanding of the organisations legal products and service offerings.
2. Designing and delivering a UK-wide sales strategy aimed at increasing both sales volume and average client spend.
3. Developing and executing a national recruitment plan to build and lead a high-performing sales team.
