About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
We aim to provide you with an excellent experience working at HC-One, including a quick onboarding process from job offer to start date.
About You
You should be organized, able to meet service times, and comfortable planning and prioritizing your tasks. A passion for food and an understanding of the importance of good quality, home-cooked meals for our Residents are essential. You will communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
