Sales Account Manager Job in Blandford
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Working: Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 4.30 pm
Hybrid working arrangement offered

Responsibilities
* Act as the primary contact for client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and excellent service.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with client objectives and core sectors.
* Make outbound calls and proactive outreach to develop new leads, nurture prospects, and strengthen relationships.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
* Develop and execute tailored account growth and engagement strategies.
* Provide clients with regular updates, reports, and insights.
* Keep client reporting and CRM systems up to date.
* Gather and act on client feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
* Report regularly on progress, pipeline, and opportunities.
* Significant experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally client-facing.
* Confident conducting outbound calls and developing relationships from first contact through to long-term partnership.
Requirements
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail.
* Proactive problem solver with a practical, “can-do” approach.
* Ideally 5+ years in business development or client management.
* Honest, transparent, and a genuine team player.
* Adaptable, responsive, and comfortable working independently.
* Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
* Self‑motivated, resilient, and driven to achieve results.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
