About the Live-In role
As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will stay in the clients home for an agreed period (for example, 1 to 2 weeks at a time), providing consistent day-to-day support, companionship and reassurance. You will have breaks and rest time in line with the care plan.
Pay Rates (Live-In)
* £115 per day
* £172.50 per day on Bank Holidays
What you will be supporting with
Examples of the clients needs include:
* Personal care (washing, toileting, dressing, continence care)
* Meal preparation and support with eating and drinking
* Medication support (as per training and care plan)
* Companionship and daily routine support
* Light housekeeping tasks
* Observing, monitoring and record keeping
