About Us
The National Community Security Project CIC and the National Public Education CIC are both not-for-profit community interest companies working to strengthen local communities. We run a variety of crowdfunding campaigns to support community safety, education, and social impact projects.
The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Crowdfunding Development Assistant Volunteers to help us design, promote, and grow our fundraising campaigns. This role is perfect for someone interested in digital fundraising, marketing, or project development who enjoys working both independently and as part of a supportive team.
What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting with the planning and setup of crowdfunding campaigns on platforms such as GoFundMe, JustGiving, or Crowdfunder.
* Helping to write and edit engaging campaign descriptions and updates.
* Supporting social media promotion and online outreach for live campaigns.
* Researching potential funders, donors, and audiences.
* Monitoring campaign progress and suggesting improvements.
* Working with our team to generate creative ideas that inspire supporters to give.
What We're Looking For

* Strong communication and writing skills.
