Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various operational activities in order to help the team achieve daily production targets. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are motivated to learn and operate within a quarry environment and gain experience operating heavy machinery.
Duties
* Driving Mobile Plant and operating fixed plant.
* General operative duties including housekeeping of the Quarry.
* Responsible for the Health and Safety of yourself, others, and any visitors to your site.
* Maintenance of Stockpiles/Faces/Bunds.
* Regularly checking and organizing the maintenance of your plant as necessary.
* Plant housekeeping.
* Complying with all Company health, safety, environmental systems, and reporting procedures.
Skills
* Previous experience of working in a quarry or production environment is desirable.
* Total commitment to Health & Safety Standards.
* Good communication skills.
* Flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic.
* Ability to work individually & within a busy team environment.

Pay: £38,500.00-£42,500.00 per year
