Role Description
These positions are part time initially, carry a fixed fee plus commission, so ideally suited to existing flooring agents looking to broaden their portfolios, or for someone looking for a part-time role. Flooring agent roles available nationwide for one of Europe's leading manufacturers of Laminate, Hardwood and LVT Flooring, Alsa Flooring. As a manufacturer that is fairly new to the UK, but highly established on the continent since 1972, Alsa are looking for self-employed field sales agents to claim exclusive territories throughout the country and help develop our growing network of independent retailers, home improvement companies and fit-out clients. You would be part-time, field based, but permanent. The work would include;
* Signing up independent retailers within your territory to join our Approved Retailer Network, both from your own prospects and via multiple, strong weekly leads provided to you.
* Delivering, setting up and giving brief training on our Point Of Sale to new retailers.
* Providing technical support with fitting, installation or after-sales queries.
* Ongoing visits and contact with retailers and other prospects to maximise sales.
* Setting up retailers in your region that are part of a national or multi-regional rollout.
* Taking delivery of POS, Samples, Brochures etc for distribution within your region.
* Liaising with the National Sales Manager
What we are looking for
* Individuals with drive and motivation, with a strong sales background and desire to take ownership of, and grow their region.
* Knowledge of and contacts within the retail flooring industry a distinct advantage.
* Smart, professional, with a full UK driving license.

* A fixed fee for attending training, demonstration or after-sales meetings to support the brand.
* Full training, both in the UK and France.
