Salary: £30,387.50

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Meet each child’s individual needs, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and secure environment.
* Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that cater to each child’s unique learning and development.
* Collaborate with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
* Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
* Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
*Please note that duties and responsibilities may evolve, and additional tasks relevant to this role may be assigned.
What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English - essential
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable
* Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
