Start date in summer 2026, full time, fixed term for 12 months. A hybrid working model is supported, including onsite in the Swindon office and working from home.

About the role
* Gain valuable knowledge and experience of:
o how we develop the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) concepts for our future wind farms
o how tools and processes are used in the project management of infrastructure projects
o infrastructure construction projects by attending active construction sites, while being supported by other team members
* Assist the team, e.g.:
o running your own project focused on the design and delivery of an O&M Infrastructure construction project
o developing a strategy to deliver the infrastructure at future RWE wind farms around the world
Job requirements and experience
* You are enrolled in one of the following degree courses: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Project Management, Infrastructure Engineering and Management
* Your degree course is eligible for a year in industry placement
* You have very good verbal and written communication skills
* You are able to coordinate your own workload and meet tight deadlines
* Working in a diverse team environment and dealing with a range of stakeholders every day is something you are comfortable with
* You are open to travel to other sites if needed. Travel expenses will be covered by us
* Motivation is crucial. Your cover letter should explain why you are a suitable candidate and how it aligns with your studies and career plans
Advantageous, but not essential
* Module studies or experience in: Infrastructure projects, Construction management, Project management, Infrastructure design/architecture, site-based work
* Salary: £25k per year and a generous employee pension scheme
