Groundworks Supervisor in Milton Keynes
Location: Milton Keynes and surrounding areas
Rate: £250-£300 per day depending on experience
Hours: 7.30 to 5pm

Job Description:
Stridden Limited are recruiting for an established Groundworkers and Civils Contractor who are currently looking for an experienced housing Groundworks Supervisor to join their team in and arround the Milton Keynes area.
Groundworks Supervisor Key Duties:
Your role will involve:
* Looking after groundworks gangs that are completing stage 2 & 3 external works.
* Works include pathways, raising iron works, wet wells, road adoptions etc.
* Ensure the site team adheres to the company's working procedures
* Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Report all Health, Safety, and Environmental accidents and issues
* Maintain a safe and tidy working environment including the team wears full PPE, at all times.
* Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, safety bulletins, etc
* Lead on all aspects of health, safety and welfare on site. This includes, but is not limited to risk assessments, method statements, construction phase plans etc.
Groundworks Supervisor Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
* SSSTS or SMSTS Qualification
* Temporary Works Supervisor
* Streetworks Supervisor
* First Aid
* CSCS Card
* Experience of issuing site based permits (EG - to dig etc)
* Possess a full clean driving licence
* CPCS or NPORS Plant Tickets a benefit
