Salary: HC05 £25,989 - £29,142 (pro rata £12,995 - 14,071) per annum
Location: Central Children’s Centres, Hereford

The Role
As an Early Help Information and Signposting Officer, you will be attached to the Children Centre Services team covering all of Herefordshire and the Children Centre reach areas. You must be able to travel where necessary and will sometimes lone work across the centres.
Responsibilities
* Process data and information for Children Centre services and the 14-19 team.
* Produce documentation, flyers, invoicing, and maintain accurate records.
* Take occasional minutes and perform day‑to‑day administration of the Children Centre service.
* Answer telephone enquiries and update the Facebook page.
* Engage families with appropriate services through collaboration with colleagues and multi‑agency partners.
* Maintain health and safety procedures.
* Use Microsoft software packages and various digital platforms effectively.
About You
You have good knowledge and experience of using Microsoft software packages and a variety of digital platforms. You are organised, able to work independently, and capable of supporting collaborative relationships with the public and wider professional teams.
