We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our team, with the opportunity to progress into a Shift Supervisor role.
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you ll play a key role in maintaining production, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently
* Ensure all products meet required quality standards
* Carry out basic quality checks, including first-off and last-off inspections
* Support shift handovers and communicate production updates clearly
* Assist with organising workflow, break times, and meeting daily targets
* Follow and promote health & safety procedures on the shop floor
* Report issues, escalate concerns, and support continuous improvement
* Help train and support other operators as you progress
What we re looking for
* Previous machine operating experience (essential)
* Good attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
* Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
* Confident communicator with a willingness to learn
* Previous supervisory role preferable
