The Role As a Ward Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of evidence-based palliative care. From rota planning to strategic service improvements, you’ll combine hands-on clinical leadership with the ability to motivate and support your team through change.
