About the role:
This role is great for someone who likes variety and is looking for a role delivering end to end projects a business. You will be working with our dynamic, passionate team, contributing towards having a positive impact supporting young people to understand their future options.
You will be administration support across a few teams, specialising in student support and events. Imagine working across key projects for periods of time whilst they are at their busiest time periods – supporting and learning from the main account manager.
You’ll have the opportunity to meet a wide range of clients, from employers and schools to local councils - while mentoring and supporting students as they explore and secure apprenticeship opportunities.

* Confidence and ability to speak to our main audiences – students, parents, teachers, as well as education & employer partner.
* Time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
* You need to be able to take a methodical and organised approach to your work, paying close attention to detail.
* Be articulate both in written and verbal communication.
* A self-starter able to use initiative; (our team is motivated to make impact, every day).
* Proficient in use of Microsoft 365 including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook.
* Working in a close-knit Delivery Team, who work to deliver events to students, parents and teachers so they can gain a greater understanding of the brands we work with and what opportunities they offer.
* Work with some of the best multi-national brands who are doing amazing work to level the playing field.
* Your projects will be varied over the year, with lots of opportunity for learning across the business teams and accounts.
