This is a part-time vacancy of 20 hours per week.
In your role as an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, Kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes.
Responsibilities
Plan and implement activities that delight Residents, support the Home Manager in organising essential fundraising events, help residents gain confidence to socialise, develop new activity ideas based on their hobbies, and involve the rest of the care home team.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates have a background working with vulnerable individuals and, ideally, experience developing activity programmes. You should have great planning, organisational and IT skills and be able to manage your time effectively. Strong communication and a natural ability to get along with people are essential.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must be able to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect, know what to do if there are any concerns, attend safeguarding training and be able to seek advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
