What youll be doing
Managing your own caseload of Clinical Negligence, RTA, and Personal Injury claims from instruction to settlement
Drafting legal documents, including letters of claim, schedules of loss, and witness statements
Instructing and analysing medical reports
Negotiating settlements with defendants and insurers
Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel throughout the litigation process
Ensuring compliance with protocols, limitation deadlines, and procedural requirements
What were looking for
Minimum 6 months PQE experience handling RTA, PI, or Clinical Negligence casework
Strong communication, negotiation, and client care skills
Ability to manage cases independently and achieve positive outcomes for clients
Confident working with legal case management systems and digital files
