Job Title: Chef de Partie / Sous Chef (Accommodation Available)
Location: Islay, Inner Hebrides
Remuneration: £18.25 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary, until January 6, 2025
Are you a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef looking for a unique opportunity in a stunning island location? Join a close-knit brigade of four chefs in a luxury 12-bedroom hotel with a rosette-standard restaurant, serving high-end Scottish cuisine using fresh, local ingredients.
Responsibilities:
Support the kitchen team in delivering exceptional dishes to rosette standard.
Assist with meal planning and daily preparation.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and organisation.
Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment.What's on Offer:
Competitive hourly rate of £18.25.
Comfortable shared accommodation just minutes from the hotel, complete with cooking facilities for only £200/month (includes bills).

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment as a Sous Chef or Chef De Partie
Strong culinary skills and a passion for Scottish cuisine.
Ability to work well within a team
Right to work in the UK.
