We’re looking for vibrant, people-focused individuals to join our Visitor Welcome Team — the face, voice and heart of our organisation.
From the very first hello, you’ll create a warm, inclusive and memorable welcome for every guest. Whether you’re scanning tickets, supporting live events, hosting Scalextric and simulator experiences or showcasing our retail range, you’ll be an ambassador for everything we stand for.
You’ll thrive on interaction, confidently adapting your approach to suit families, enthusiasts and first-time visitors alike. You’ll take ownership of the experience you deliver, work accountably as part of a close-knit team, and help bring motorsport history to life in a way that feels exciting, personal and inspiring.
