Due to continued growth, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Production Manager to lead and coordinate packaging operations on their night shift team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive organisation offering long-term career development, excellent benefits, and a strong people-focused culture.The RoleReporting to senior operations leadership, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and managing all shift activities to ensure production targets, quality standards, and compliance requirements are consistently achieved.You will provide strong leadership across the production team while driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and health & safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage shift output in line with the production scheduleMonitor and oversee all production activities within the departmentLead, motivate, and develop the production team to maximise performance and productivityEnsure all personnel are appropriately trained before undertaking specific dutiesMaintain and support Quality Management System (QMS) standards and complianceDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the departmentProvide leadership, technical mentoring, and operational support to the wider teamPromote and maintain high standards of health & safety throughout the departmentThe Ideal CandidateDegree or third-level qualification preferredPrevious supervisory or management experience within a regulated manufacturing environmentStrong leadership and organisational skillsExperience managing and developing production or shift teamsHighly motivated with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlinesPharmaceutical or highly regulated manufacturing experience would be advantageousBenefitsExcellent salary package including generous shift allowance and benefits, please contact Conor.Interested?To apply in confidence, please submit your CV via the link provided, including your current remuneration expectations.
