Overview
HGV Class 2 Driver required for driving refuse vehicles in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Support the safe collection of waste and recyclables from residential and commercial properties. Operate a collection vehicle, lead a small crew, and update service data using the Bartec in-cab system.
Responsibilities
* Drive Class 2 refuse vehicles, curb-side where applicable.
* Lead a small crew during collections.
* Update service data using the Bartec in-cab system.
Requirements
* Full CPC
* Class 2 driving licence (maximum 6 points for insurance purposes)
* Digital tachograph card
* Confident in curb-side driving
* Good level of physical fitness due to vehicle loading
* Hours: up to 39.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri), additional Saturday work may be available
