motivated and experienced Salesperson/Product Manager
to join our dedicated team based in
Strathaven, South Lanarkshire
.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to take on a varied and rewarding position within a well-established company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales, managing key products, and supporting our valued customers throughout Scotland. A willingness to learn new products and develop expertise across our range is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell a range
of ATVs, UTVs, compact tractors, and associated equipment/implements.
* Manage and develop product lines, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM and DSM systems, ensuring all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions are properly logged & followed up.
* Work closely with the team to identify new sales opportunities and enhance market presence.
* Attend shows, demonstrations, and training sessions as required.
About You:
* Willingness to learn and develop strong product knowledge
* Experience using
CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
and
DSM (Dealer Sales Management)
systems.
* Skilled in
lead management and sales follow-up
, with a proactive approach to turning enquiries into sales.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify market trends and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
* Full UK driving licence essential.
