We're Hiring: Customer Support Agents!

💰 Salary: £23,809.50 per year
💸 Bonus: Up to £500 monthly performance bonus
📍 Location: Phoenix Way, Swansea Enterprise Park, SA7 9HZ
🕒 Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role:

As a Customer Support Agent in our Projects Team, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers rely on throughout their journey — from booking to the installation of their FREE energy-saving measures.

You’ll provide updates, resolve queries, and ensure every interaction delivers a first-class experience. By keeping accurate records and working closely with your team, you’ll help maintain our reputation for excellent service and make a real impact in supporting a greener future.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Answering and making calls to support customers
* Providing clear, helpful updates throughout the customer journey
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
* Accurately inputting and updating information in our systems
* Using Excel and Google Docs to maintain data records

* Excellent communication and people skills
* A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong IT literacy and confidence using digital tools
* Ability to stay calm, focused, and productive in a fast-paced environment
