Are you a skilled UK Chef seeking an exciting opportunity with career growth, a structured work-life balance, and the chance to showcase your culinary creativity? Sodexo is looking for passionate Chefs to relocate and deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced, bulk-cooking, professional kitchen environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Preparing and serving delicious, high-quality meals that meet Sodexo’s standards.
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
* Managing kitchen organization and maintaining exceptional food safety standards.
* Operating kitchen appliances and ensuring all meals are cooked to perfection.
* Keeping accurate food safety and hygiene records.
* Working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in the bulk catering industry (offshore catering experience is a bonus!).
* Strong understanding of food safety, OHS regulations, and best kitchen practices.
* Excellent knife skills, organization, and self-motivation.
* A team player with outstanding attention to detail and a passion for great food.

Criteria & Requirements
* Under 40 years of age (to allow adequate time for Permanent Residency application before the 45-years of age cut-off).
* UK Passport Holder
* Medical Clearance – Must meet Visa and Sodexo medical requirements.
* Experience Requirements:
* With Qualification: At least 1 year of experience post-qualification in the last 5 years.
* Without Qualification: At least 3 years of experience in a chef position.
* Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate (valid within 5 years).
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef (mass/ bulk catering experience preferred).
* Ability to obtain a National Police Check (dated within the last 6 months).
* Any additional criteria as set out by the Australian 482 Visa requirements that need to be met.
