Role Description
This is a full-time/ part-time on-site role for a Sales Ambassador, located in Trafford Centre and Meadowhall Shopping Centre. The Sales Ambassador will be responsible for engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, and driving sales through personalized recommendations. Daily tasks include managing product displays, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a positive and welcoming store atmosphere. You will collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and ensure customers have a memorable shopping experience.
Qualifications
* Customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create meaningful connections with customers.
* Sales experience, including upselling and meeting sales targets effectively.
* Strong communication and presentation skills to confidently explain product features and benefits.
* Organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
* Interest in skincare or beauty products; prior experience in a related industry is advantageous.
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic retail environment.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or skincare are a plus.
