The University of Lancashire is seeking to recruit a key leadership role of Executive Director of Estates and Campus Services. The role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of the university estate, focusing on campus development, regeneration, operational excellence, and sustainability.

The Executive Director will develop and implement the estate strategy, overseeing teams responsible for capital investment, estate optimisation, facilities management, and campus services. The focus will be on improving efficiency, customer experience, and value for money.
This role involves working with public and private sector partners to enhance the university’s estate and contribute to sustainable growth, ensuring that estate management aligns with institutional goals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in estate strategy development, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering impactful outcomes for the university and the region.
