The Royal Sportsman is looking for a full-time receptionist to join our team on a permanent basis.
This is a multifunctional role covering a wide range of duties, including, but not limited to:
* Answering calls and taking bookings
* Welcoming and assisting guests
* Using Word, Excel, and our online booking portal
* Liaising with the restaurant, housekeeping, and kitchen teams
* Providing support in the bar and restaurant when required.
We are looking for someone who can maintain high standards, work independently as well as part of a team, and deliver excellent service to our guests.
Great attention to detail is essential.
Confidence and a willingness to learn are key. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
The Role & Hours:
* Permanent, year-round position
* Set 3-week rota with shifts of 7am–3pm or 3pm–close (around 11pm)
* Every 3rd weekend off
* Average of 37.5 hours per week Benefits:
