You won't simply replicate what other bookmakers do; you'll help define what an odds product built for a community-first, socially engaged sportsbook should look like. Your decisions will directly impact margin, user satisfaction, and HYPES' positioning in the UK sports betting market.

【Key Responsibilities】
* Set and update competitive pre-match and in-play odds across key sports and events with precision
* Monitor positions, identify imbalances and exposure risks, and manage the book to protect margin
* Track competitor odds movements, market signals, and real-time sporting developments for timely pricing adjustments
* Operate in full compliance with UKGC requirements on odds fairness, maximum stakes, and responsible gambling
* Contribute to the development of SGM, accumulators, and other multi-bet products through data-driven model improvement
* Liaise with Product, Compliance, and Customer Operations to resolve odds-related issues and ensure a high-quality UX
【What We Are Looking For】
* 2+ years as a Sports Trader in an online sportsbook
* Hands-on experience setting and managing pre-match and in-play odds across major sports
* Proficiency in odds formats (decimal, fractional, moneyline) and their practical application
* Risk and book management experience — position monitoring, hedging, liability management, handling sharp bettors
* Data analysis skills using spreadsheets or analytical tools for odds modelling and KPI tracking
* Practical experience with industry-standard sportsbook trading platforms
* Deep sports knowledge and the ability to translate match dynamics, team news, and tactical context into odds decisions
* Fast, decisive judgement under pressure in in-play environments
* Business-level English (written and spoken)
* Genuine love for football and sports
* Nice to have: generative AI use in trading workflows, SGM/BetBuilder product experience, quantitative/modelling background, interest in prediction markets, UKGC-regulated environment experience, startup/0→1 experience
