Cogent Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing and distribution company based in Elland for a temporary Shipping Administrator. 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am 17:00 £12.75 - £14.75ph Weekly Pay What Youll Be Doing: Preparing shipping documents for domestic and international shipments. Tracking shipments and coordinating imports while liaising with different teams. Requesting transport quotes for truck, air, and ocean freight deliveries. Assisting with export/import processes and customer communications. Ensuring shipping documentation is accurate and meets compliance standards. Supporting the resolution of shipment issues to ensure smooth deliveries. Maintaining inventory levels to meet customer requirements. What Were Looking For: A keen interest in logistics and international shipping. Some experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confidence in using MS Office Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and suppliers.
