Overview
This is an exceptional and exciting opportunity for a Psychotherapist with group experience to join Slough Adult Mental Health Services. As the successful postholder, you will work at the forefront of the Co‑production pathway in Slough and provide specialist recovery services to users presenting with severe or complex mental health difficulties. You will be involved in delivering the EMBRACE programme, obtaining and maintaining its accreditation, and contributing to multidisciplinary teams within the locality and across the Trust.

Responsibilities
* Provide a specialist recovery service to users with severe or complex mental health difficulties requiring multiple interventions, complex or intensive risk management plans, and high levels of multi‑agency work.
* Initiate and safely deliver the EMBRACE programme, its continuous accreditation and the Co‑production pathway.
* Contribute to multidisciplinary teams within the locality and wider Trust services.
* Maintain reliable knowledge of relevant systems and software packages.
* Travel independently across Berkshire as required.
Qualifications
* Significant experience working as a qualified Psychotherapist with professional accreditation and registration with UKCP as a psychotherapist or with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC).
* Significant experience of facilitating and delivering therapeutic groups, ideally within the NHS setting and/or Therapeutic Communities.
* An enhanced DBS check.
