Community Staff Nurse – Upper Annandale Community Nursing Team
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Community Staff Nurse who will deliver quality nursing care to housebound patients 24 hours per day, working within an ever‑changing environment alongside colleagues in the multidisciplinary Home Team, including Allied Health Professionals, Social Work and Public Health Improvement.
Post is 30 hours per week, Permanent.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver quality nursing care to housebound patients 24 hours per day.
* Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary Home Team.
* Adapt to the changing needs of patients in the community setting.
* Maintain up‑to‑date patient records and care plans.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Current driving licence; consideration for alternative transport if a disability prevents holding a licence.
* Experience working in a community setting is preferred.
* Ability to work 30 hours per week.
