Learning & Development Manager | Northampton
We're seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join our client's team in Northampton. This role goes beyond delivering training; it's about fostering growth, shaping careers, and creating a supportive culture where everyone can excel.
Responsibilities include:
* Identifying training needs and designing effective programmes.
* Implementing and maintaining engaging learning platforms.
* Coordinating induction and ongoing training for new and existing staff.
* Supporting training during new site openings and across the group.
* Collaborating with leadership to develop tailored development plans.
* Leading and supporting a small training team.
Requirements:
* Experience in Learning & Development within hospitality, preferably across multiple sites.
* Proficiency with learning systems and digital content creation.
* Leadership qualities, integrity, and a passion for employee development.
* Organized, curious, and innovative in L&D approaches.
* Training qualification or CIPD membership is desirable but not essential.
