Overview

Position: Influencer and Events Assistant
Location: London Office (Holborn). In Office required. not a remote position

Schedule: Full-time (Mon - Fri, 8 am to 4:30 pm)
Salary: From £30,000

PURESEOUL is the largest Korean cosmetic specialist in the UK. We work directly with some of Koreas top beauty brands to offer an extensive range of over 2000 skincare, makeup, hair and body products online and via our offline stores. Since 2019, we have been the go-to destination for UK K-Beauty enthusiasts online and offline, with 8K+ 5-star Trustpilot reviews!


Responsibilities

* Event & Activation Support
o Assist with the planning and coordination of brand activations, pop-ups, influencer events, and masterclasses.
o Help with venue research, supplier communication, prop sourcing, and event setup/breakdown.
o Support on-site during events to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.
o Coordinate logistics such as deliveries, packing lists, and post-event wrap-ups.
* Influencer & PR Support
o Support the influencer team with outreach, gifting, and event invitations.
o Manage the organization and dispatch of PR boxes, packing, labeling, and arranging shipments.
o Track shipping and share tracking information with influencers or agencies.
o Maintain and update influencer databases and content tracking sheets.
o Assist with influencer communication, follow-ups, and gathering UGC for reporting.
* Administrative & Operational Support
o Manage stock inventory for event props, PR gifts, and packaging materials.
o Support budgeting and expense tracking for events and influencer campaigns.
o Contribute to post-campaign reports by compiling influencer posts, engagement metrics, and event feedback.
o Provide general administrative support to the Experiential Marketing & Influencer teams.


Qualifications

* Experience in or exposure to events and PR
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Strong event coordination and logistics skills
* Interest in influencer marketing and PR
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Proactive, resourceful, and able to multitask
* Comfortable with admin tasks
