We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation in our office environment.
**Duties:**
* Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
* Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
* Assist the HR Manager and Office Manager with administrative tasks as required
* Maintain organised physical and digital files
* Use Microsoft Office Suite for various office functions
* Computerise documents and data accurately
* Creating Reports
* Assisting Finance Team with invoicing tasks
**Experience:**
* Proven experience in an office setting or similar role (Desirable but not essential)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
This is an office based role working Monday to Friday. Hours of work can be agreed upon discussion with the successful candidate. Minimum of 20 hours a week required but up to 40 hours a week available.
