Outreach Tutor (SEND / SEMH)
North East Local Authority - Middlesbrough
We are currently recruiting Outreach Tutors to work with learners who are not in mainstream education due to SEND or SEMH needs.
Role
* Deliver 1:1 tuition in the community or home settings
* Support students with additional needs to re-engage in education
* Plan and adapt lessons to suit individual learning styles
* Build positive, consistent relationships with learners
Location
* Middlesbrough
Essential Requirements
* Experience supporting SEND and/or SEMH learners
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Flexible and reliable approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
Pay & Benefits
