* Competitive basic salary of £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Duties of the Paint Sprayer / Stripper Fitter:
* Execute high-quality spray painting and alloy wheel refurbishment with precision

* Support strip and fitter duties where necessary, contributing to efficient vehicle repairs
* Maintain high standards of workmanship aligned with dealership quality expectations
* Uphold health and safety standards by maintaining a clean and organised workspace
* Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
* Ensure timely completion of repairs and customer communication when required
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer / Stripper Fitter within a vehicle bodyshop or dealership environment
* Skilled in alloy wheel refurbishment, paint spraying, and smart repair techniques
* Knowledge of industry equipment such as VDA systems is advantageous
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
