The organisation offers a diverse portfolio, including museums, leisure centres, destination venues, community programmes, and cultural events. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the organisation's Commercial Strategy.
* Drive sales across Hospitality & Events, Food & Beverage, Retail, and Paid Admissions.
* Build and manage corporate partnerships, identifying new revenue opportunities.
* Oversee contracts, pricing, and profit margins.
* Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial goals with organisational objectives.
* Deliver customer-focused initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction.
