Key Responsibilities
* Preparation and management of Monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs)
* Maximising valuations and ensuring timely certification and payment
* Prompt management and agreement of contract variations
* Forecasting costs and values across all trades
* Procuring labour, materials, and subcontractors in collaboration with site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Monitoring site progress and issuing contractual notices in line with procedures
* Reviewing and vetting quotations to ensure best value while meeting specifications
* Preparation and agreement of Final Accounts
* Accurate and proactive management of subcontractor accounts to optimise commercial performance
About You
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying
* Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within civil engineering, ideally including roads or infrastructure projects
* Experience working with NEC contracts is advantageous, though not essential; strong understanding of complex forms of contract is required
* Methodical approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Full, valid UK driving licence
